Our Impact roller two pieces rubber-coated innovation technology
New technology: using professional rubber and plastic machinery, apply adhesive on roller tube, through high-temperature heating, pressure, one-time whole casting adhesive. The radial run-out of the roller keep stable, the adhesive force between rubber and roller is strong, and the cushioning performance is excellent.
Old process: manually press the rubber ring into the roller tube, and weld the retainer rings on both sides. The fit between the rubber rings and the roller tube is an interference fit without adhesive. During the operation, the rubber ring is easily forced to fall off, so the impact life span could not be ensured, and the replacement and maintenance cost is high. The SPD range of conveyor rollers includes both steel and HDPE carry and return rollers. Also available are rubber disc impact and return rollers. The rollers and frames are manufactured to different standards or design according to your special working condition requirements with some innovative and maintenance saving designs. Our rollers are fitted with quality deep ball ZZ C3 bearings for maximum life. Belt Widths of our SPD rollers range from 400-2000. Larger sizes available on request.Roller lifespan could be assured 30,000 to 50,000 hours under normal working condition and maintenance.
